Once I'm done my treadmill (or any brisk walk anywhere) my legs always do this jumping/twitching sensation all over them... like millions of tiny little jumps. I have been walking at 4.5 mph for 2.3ish miles or 30 minutes each day. I think it means that my circulation isn't so good. Anyone know for sure... or also experience this??
Thanks,
Sandra

I always experience this and have always assumed that is a normal reaction of muscles that are being used more than usual. I think that it is a pleasant sensation.

RawMagnolia,sport,
Is it cold where you both live at? Sometime when I do outside cardio this happens to me as well until my muscles get warmed up.

I live in warm sunny Ireland.
I have to say that I am surprised because I was always convinced that this is a normal sensation that you get after exercising. I even get it if I exercise indoors.
I do not exercise very often so it comes as a shock to my muscles when I do and I would not be carefull about warming up. If I had to warm up I would probably give up before I started the real exercise so maybe that is the cause of it.
