I am not new to raw foods but I am a two week on then I go crazy for cooked foods...I want to do the 30 day challenge. :rolleyes:

Best of luck! Just keep a lot of your favorite raw foods on hand so that you won't be tempted to eat cooked foods. I am on day 6 and feeling great.
Since you have done this before, make sure you keep reading all the fabulous posts. They are very motivating! Do you have a friend close by who can do this with you? That also helps!

You already have a great start: your title says "willing to change" that's the hardest part for most folks.
Just like what cnurse70 said eat what you like, then have an extension plan set up so after the first week you can keep on rolling in to week#2 and week#3 and so on. Check out the food prep threads for some sweet meals, and if you don't already have one Get Alissa's book. It's has some real easy and quick recipes in it if you get in that SAD food mode where you have to have some food right now! Good luck to :D ya
