Okay I really really want to try a fast. I just don't think I could do it alone. I've tried and only succeeded in a day in a half. I feel like if I had someone to talk to for support it would really help. So if anyone is down for a 3-4 day water fast give me a shout out! Want to start sometime this week.

Your message struck a kind cord with me. I've done a water fast in the past..but I've done it under supervision. I'm a little weary of doing another water fast, especially alone, because it's too overwhelming. But if your interested, I've learned about the "Master Cleanser or Lemonade Diet" by way of this forum and just bought the the Master Cleanser book literally days ago. Although it's a min. 10 day fast, I didn't want to put such pressure on myself not knowing how my body would react...so I did it all day yesterday (Sunday) and I lasted until about 5pm this evening before giving in to my cook food cravings.
So I wanna start over tomorrow, while starting tonight with a cup of tea (laxative) and do the salt water cleanse early in the morning.
One of the things I noticed immediately, especially today since I was running around all day. I had energy AND ...I didn't have stomach pings (hunger pains) until about 5 pm well after running out of my lemonade while on the road. I was really afraid of having a bathroom accident while driving a long distance today...so I didn't consume as much lemonade or water today and I think that's where I made up for it by getting fast food..YUCK!! :o
So anyway...if you're interested I would love to do the "Master Cleanser". Tell me what you think.
