I've had psoriasis for a few years now. It's not a severe case, that's for sure. I've seen much worse. I've heard all sorts of explanations about what causes it, and think they all have some merit.
I've never had medical treatment for Psoriasis as I know that it doesn't get rid of the psoriasis at all, and can have some pretty rotten side effects. I don't do medication unless it's absolutely neccessary (which is rather rare). I've used some "natural" psoriasis cream from the health food store. It helped to lessen the severity of the psoriasis on my elbows (the worst spots I have. Also the only spots that never go away). It also got rid of a few newer spots that had come up at the time that I was using that product. I have a lotion now that does the same thing. It's got mostly natural ingredients in it, the main one being borage oil.
Anyway, I'm wondering if any of you have/ever had psoriasis? Did it ever go away? I feel pretty confident in the idea that the raw diet is going to make it go away. Is that a pretty safe bet, or no?
