Coconut milk question

Is canned organic coconut milk a raw/living food? Also, any insight into the difference between coconut water and coconut milk? I know the former comes from a fresh coconut when it's cracked open, so where does coconut milk come from ? :o

Blending the water and the flesh is what I have been told and what I beleive since I have done it. Most canned things are pasturized, thus not live anymore

I believe "coconut milk" just refers to the liquid inside a coconut. I have never had a mature, brown coconut, but perhaps the liquid is a little more white and therefore milk-like.
