Marinated Mushroom recipe needed

I have 2 lbs. button cap mushrooms. I usually marinated them in Nama Shoyu. With all the "tado" about soy, what else could I marinate them in? It replaced my taste for steak. (I know-weird.)

Help me! I need your creative recipes!!

I do a combination of olive oil and celtic sea salt here. It works very well! If you want to add some flavor you can tear up some fresh herbs and add them to the mix. Do whatever sounds good and you should be fine.

Jin is right. this dish is a dish you cant go wrong with. I tries slasa with brockli and marinated mushroons and it was great !

I've always used olive and sea salt as well. I suppose some lime juice wouldn't hurt either.
