:) Hello everyone,
I am new here. I am really excited about this! This is also my first time being on any kind of forum.I was just never interested in any of the others enough!I have been a vegetarian for over 25 years. I did raw foods in the early 80's but slipped back into cooked,not enough information and not enough variety I guess. Lots of wheatgrass, I grew it for months. And lots of skimpy meals with mostly sprouts.Also, my friends thought that, I and my husband were someone from outerspace! I did dabble again off and on thereafter. Sometimes throwing out good sets of pots and pans! The last time I was raw for 6 months until just this December(2005). Went to my sister's Wedding and lost it. :( This time I am taking it a day at a time.Relaxing and praying a lot! I am from the Chgo area. I have attended raw food classes and have one certification from a raw teacher up here.I have taught lots of cooked vegan classes and a few raw classes to friends and family But now I am signed up to attend Alissa's class in New Hampshire at the end of this month and will finally commit myself to teaching it on a regular basis. Anyone else out there attending, I can hardly wait! :D
