I am so hooked on Jennifer Corbleet's Mango Pudding recipe right now! YUM! It's so easy to make! Today I layered it in a wine glass with shredded coconut.... finishing it up right now and seriously contemplating whether I can get enough of my face in the glass to lick it clean!
Anybody else tried this recipe?
Oooops.... just realizing that I should have taken a picture of it before I ate it.... Oh well, gives me an excuse to make more!
