oven dehydration

I know I saw this on here once before, but am not able to find it. Can someone post a link or tell me how to do proper oven dehydration?

I'm fortunate enough to have a digital temp. gauge on my oven so I can be pretty persise about the temp. but am unsure the guidlines for it.
