Hi, I'm Virginia, and am a new member but have been into living foods since the 70's and have worked closely with Viktoras Kulvinskas through the years, and have been enjoying alissa's site. I'm a mother of three, including twin boys, and a grandmother of one. My foods consist of sunshine and fresh air, plenty of water and fresh juices, sprouts, baby greens, salads, fruits, and preparations made with soaked nuts and seeds and cultured. I also use superfoods such as wild superbluegreen algae, enzymes and probiotics and am a celltech distributor and teacher. I love being outdoors, saunas and sweat lodges, being with children, photography, bellydancing, and playing the harp and am active with ecological and political groups. Live in rural southeast Ohio, Appalachia, Athens County. Virginia

Hi virginia, welcome to the post.
I have not heard the term sweat lodge used for awhile, the last I heard that was from some people who made their own. Playing the harp is cool. And you love the outdoors that's great. you'll fit right in :D
