This is so exciting, I've been telling a lot about raw food to some family friends of ours and they've already given up meat and they asked to come over and try a raw food meal!
I need ideas please!
Salads, desserts, and imitations!

banana mango pudding...soooo good :)
blend 2 mangos to one banana until smooth.
top with chopped pecans/walnuts/any nut you want..OR you could top it with chopped frozen strawberries or blueberries or frozen banana slices or apple slices..the possibilities are endless
i made this for thanksgiving dinner, and both of my younger brothers, teenage boys!!, loved it :D
it's not my recipe specifically. i've picked it up from different threads..it's a simple one that floats around here every now and then.
good luck :)

Lentil salad. It's quick, easy and filling.
Start with some sprouted lentils mixed with chopped chives or green onion. Then add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Another quick salad is slices of tomato and red onion alternated on the plate. Top with chopped fresh basil (or whole leaves if you prefer), a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Pea sprouts make a good snack. They're very crunchy. My daughter loves them!

A favorite around here is:
Broccoli Salad
Broccoli, carrots, apples, celery, sunflower seed, raisens, and onions, or maybe some cauliflower.
Use as much of each as you wish, even omitting out one or two of the ingredients; basically using what you have on hand. I tend to do carrots or apples.
For dressing I prefer a sweet one like Orange Dressing (pg. 481) only I decreased olive oil way down (1/2 c.) and added a bit of chopped onion.
This is usually what I take to potlucks! If they like broccoli, they will like this.
Good luck!
Oh, or make a great big green salad and serve with Ceasar Salad Dressing (pg. 475). And also Ann Wigmore's Banana Cream Pie (pg. 513) is good and easy. And the Easy Apple Pie (pg. 487) is good and easy.
Another comment -- do easy stuff. don't be worn out when they get there. Show them how easy it is. And have fun!!!
