I'll give ya the rundown of the last 3 days:
Tues:
4pm-dull headache
6pm-changes to migraine with nausea. The worst headache I've ever had-for a couple of hours I thought I maye be having an anuerism and considered going to the hospital. I couldn't stand up without gripping the wall. Stayed this way for 12 hours. Didn't sleep much.
Wed:
6am-still have a headache, but I could walk and do my chores, but with difficulty.
7pm-finally went away, but I felt exhausted and worn out from the pain.
Thurs:
6 am-woke feeling much better, but now I have other symptoms: faster heartbeat, tightness in chest, jitters, teary-eyed and tired. Reminds me of pulling an all nighter during finals by drinking massive amouts of coffee. When I try to take a deep breath it feels like I can't get *quite* enough air. I mean it's going in, but it's not quite "enough"...uggh! I can't explain it. I just keep taking nice slow breaths and the tightness doesn't go away, nor the heart rate slow down, or the jitters subside.
2pm-still feeling as stated above.
So-this must be detox right? Is this what the books call a "healing crisis"?
anyone been thru this and can give insight as to when I will feel calm and relaxed again? This feels just plain ol' awful!
