Hello! I am new here, though I have been visiting for some time. Anyway, I like to eat flax crackers. From experience, I know that those made with whole flax seeds stimlulate diarrhea (I don't think it's inappropriate to talk about this here, right? Certainly not!). I have also heard some say that you should ground the flax seeds to avoid this problem. Though I know that grinding the seeds has its own advantages, can't it be a good sign when you get diarrhea? It means your body is cleaning house. But is it too harsh a form of detox? To be honest, I always feel great afterwards! However, if it is doing more harm than good in the long run, I would like to know. Thanks!
