new to raw food, in toronto canada

i'm not fully raw yet. i'd say only 40%. i have 2 children that i cook for and i find it hard to not eat the food with them. some days i'm 100% raw.
i've found lots of great info here

welcome! i am from Hamilton so i'm your neighbour. good luck with eating raw. even 40% is a GREAT improvement and you're well on your way! i also find it challenging to stay raw with my grandmother baking things in my house all the time and having other family members eating non-raw all the time.

You have at least THREE raw food restaurants, a raw food group that meets more than monthly, Supersprouts with their cafe and raw speakers coming all the time. WOW! I think after California, Toronto is the nest best raw place to be!!!
