Hello everyone. I was here months and months ago (and 10 pounds ago :( )
to ask about rheumatoid arthritis. I was in so much pain and couldn't really care for myself too much. I didn't eat raw for long and now I'm on methotrexate, naproxyn, and prednisone. I'm very unhappy about that and now feel better enough that I can do something about it. I'm planning on 100% for healing and being able to get off all meds. Rheumatologist told me at my last meeting that he wanted me on biologics. No way! I meet with him on Thursday and am stressing because I want to cut back on meds, weaning off of them, but they don't believe diet has anything to do with ra. I could use some prayers and good thoughts my way and I hope to be living proof that raw foods does heal ra.

I hope to meet all of you again and to be a part of this group.
thank you :)

You can do it, Arianna!!!!! You CAN! people who are in stage 4 cancer with metastasis all over their body have completely cured themselves with raw food. You can do it. we are all here for you!

Just be committed and have a support system for yourself to get through the intial detox and know that with meds like those you will be detoxing. Give yourself permission to stay in bed for however long you have to, drop responsibilities if you need to-whatever it takes! If you get psychologically prepared ahead of time, and have your support team set up-you can fly right through it to the other side and FREEDOM!!

blessings to you and get it on!!!

Wow, you are so great! I'm printing out your post and putting it on my kitchen cabinet by my juicer so I can have your cheerleading on a constant basis.

Thank you so much!

You know, I thought I'd have intense cravings or hunger but so far this afternoon, I'm doing ok. I juiced some vegetables and fruits for lunch and feeling good, like I haven't overloaded my system for a change. I do have to be careful on Monday's because those are my methotrexate days and I have to have solid food with it...but hopefully not for much longer!!

thank you again, theresaann.

you betcha it won't be for long! Stay strong, stay raw, and within a few short months these symptoms will be a distant memory...I promise!!!
