Wow! Congratulations! I am raw just 3 months now, and I lost 20 pounds which is so nice. I still do binging though, but I decided to be just raw for first 6 months, and then tackle other problems. You are such an inspiration!

Your site is extremely inspiring! I weigh what you did, and want to get down to almost where you are. You don't mention your height, though?
Anyway, thanks again for the inspiration!
Blessings!

That was not me ,-))). All the compliments should be addressed to Kim. I was very impressed with her transformation and want to encourage others who are on the rocky rawfood road. Personally, I have been raw for 3 years and result is phenomenal as well.
Good luck to you all.

i read with a great deal of interest the website that was posted here. when i read the info, i still couldn't figure out where her weight loss came from. i couldn't tell if she was saying that it was all due to going 100% raw. or if she added exercise or something else. i was hoping she could post a sample diet journal to explain this better. i even tried to contact Kim where it said contact us, but it didn't go off.
does anyone actually know how to contact her or get more complete information?

this is me replying to ME! DUH! that's what i get for reading the original post at work instead of taking the time to t h o r o u g h l y read through ALL of it. i'm now reading kim's journals and that is supplying me with the info i was looking for.
