Hello!

I am struggling with the most unbelievable cleansing, with torturous symptoms and am feeling like I need some major encouragement. :(

Would anyone like to share with me their stories of cleansing, either while transitioning, or with Candida, chemical or any other cleansing and what you have gone through?

I feel like it would encourage me to hear others have gone through some hard times too. Also, could you share how you felt when you got to the other side? :)

thank you so much!

Hang in there, it will get better, and sooner than you think. Get lots of rest, eat lightly (mostly juicy fruits) and keep on imagining how vibrantly healthy and happy you are going to be!!!

At one point I awakened w/ intense pain through my ankles. I couldn't stand up for quite some time in the mornings. During the following week, the pain went through just about every joint in my body including my elbows and wrists. As a bodywork therapist, this was very scary. My hands would fall asleep while working.

After a few weeks, the pain in my hips and knees subsided. Eventually the pain in my ankles diminished. My wrists and elbows lasted the longest.

I don't take drugs and I don't go to doctors. I just trusted that all would be o.k. It was and I am. :)

Stay with it as long as it lasts. You'll feel soooo happy you did.

Thank you for your replies! I sometimes feel like others have not experienced anything intense, that is why I asked. Is it easy for everyone or do others go through quite a significant cleansing with major symptoms or struggles?

I couldn't hold back the tears of your experience with the pain. Thank you so much for sharing Revvell. I feel as though it will all be ok, it is just hard to believe that you can go through what I almost want to call torture.

I took Toco and Superfood here about a 1/2 hour ago and I am so dizzy I have to be in bed. What does that say!!!?

Just try to stay focused on what is actually HAPPENING. You are cleaning out. Your body has busted out all these cleaning aids (brooms, mops) & it's ridding your body of alll these things that have been so toxic to your system.

Sorry if you think the visual is silly, but it's true!!

I've had fibromyalgia days as bad as Revell explained. I was up for serious detox because I knew it could only get better from there on out.

so far I have felt really tired, my face is pale and breaking out with weird sores (lovely), I've had irritability come and go, mood swings (from total elation to unprovoked depression), armpits smelling right after I wash, no poop, then lots of poop, then it all goes away and I'm elated again-then it comes back...

In the past I would cave and go back to cooked when this stuff started (esp. the fatigue) and talk myself into believing that "raw just isnt' right for me", but really I was wimping out on going through the detox. This time I am saying "BRING IT ON!" cause I KNOW raw is the best of the best, and "better out than in!"

I am just cultivating gratitude for every lousy feeling I have as well as every awesome feeling I have during this process and TRUSTING my body that it knows exactly what it needs to do to heal. And if I need to sleep, I SLEEP!! no feeling guilty about it cause the laundry isn't done. I'll get through this and I'm committed no matter what.
