Has anyone made the breads in Conscious Eating? He doesn't say what shape to put them in when they go into the dehydrator. They're Essene breads, not flat breads, but should I cut them into slices or just make a big loaf with it? My sprouts are almost ready, I need help! Thanks :)

I have not made the ones from CE but the flat bread I posted is my idea. He directs that the bread is made into two loves then sliced to your desired thickness. Lay these slices on the dehydrator and "cook" at 145 for 2-3 hours then reduce "heat" to 115 or until done.
I hope this helps :p

Actually the reason I made a flat bread was I had so much trouble "slicing" the dough as it is very sticky and wet. :o
If you do not want a flat bread I would suggest taking scoops of dough and forming into bread shapes versus trying to slice as that might be easier!
All the best! :p
