I keep reading on websites and on here that there is a "true" hunger. The growling in your stomach isn't really hunger, but a response to have it rest. What ARE the true hunger signals? I know that I rarely get that growling feeling (maybe once every 12 hours) and if I don't eat enough I just get tired and dizzy.
Another thing I'm curious about is what are all the differnt detox symptoms you've experianced or are possible to experiance? I've heard things from headaches and lethargic to fevers and flu-symptoms.

I just started my raw diet and am 90% raw after one week. I haven't found that I get hungry as much as I am beginning to crave some of the foods I've been eating. For instance, when I wake up I can't eat my first banana quickly enough and I also crave the juices I've been making. It depends upon how physically exerted I am as to what I'm craving. But I think this is a good sign.
I have been having some discomfort which is a bit disconcerting. I'm fatigued and lethargic, my muscles sometimes ache and I want to sleep a lot. I would love to hear from anyone else who has experienced these or similar symptoms and learn when I might expect them to subside!
Thanks!

I'm on Day 9. The first four days I was completely knocked out dead tired. I did absolutely nothing but eat and sleep. Then day four came and I was a little less tired but I had a bad headache and I rarely ever get headaches. Ever since then I've been up and about since 8 or nine in the morning and and am as energized more than I've been in awhile. Today I finally had a craving for something crunchy, but I made an awesome looking strawberry cream pie and all the blending and munching on ingredients made the craving go away! Now I just can't wait to eat it later!
