This is amazing on a hot summer day - so wonderful!
2 Grapefruits, juiced
Small handful mint
1 Tablespoon agave nectar (or other sweetener)
4 big ice cubes
Blend all until smooth. For an extra creamy version still with zip add one frozen banana.
This is just amazingly refreshing! I bought six grapefruits and between the three of us today they are all gone!
