Does anyone drink Mate? Would this be consider ok for the raw diet?

mate is a wonderful plant, I grow buena mate, it is excellent, if you are talking about making a hot tea out of it, no it is not raw.

if you make sun tea or use only warm water it is raw if the leaves have been dehydrate under 115 degrees, so that is why we grow our own, we want to make sure of what we are getting.

You may wish to ask the manufacturer at what temp they dehydrate it. Just to see.

I don't drink mate due to the caffiene, but BOY DO I MISS IT!!!! I loooooved it more than any food, I miss it more than any food, even popcorn. ;)
