recipe challenge-Parsley Dressing

About 10 years ago I had an AWESOME raw parsley dressing. I've never been able to duplicate it without total failure. It was creamy and bright green and totally awesome. Anyone up for the challenge? ;)

How is this for starters:
WHIZ in blender 10 minutes:
1/2 c. cashews
1 c. water
STIR in:
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
