Anyone made this? I'm trying my first sprouting recipe and would love tips. Do I need to keep the sprouts in the dark? (I'm using a jar.) Do you put the loaf into the dehydrator as is or do you cut it in slices first? I'm guessing you just put it on the screen...no loaf pan since it wouldn't get air that way? Yikes, this seems confusing. Thanks, help is greatly appreciated.

I haven't made Gabriel's Essene bread, just know that you must make it only about 1 " thick and I think it is best to make it into smallish loaves, about 2" by 4 " at the max, and you might wish to consider starting your dehydrator at 145, for the first two hours, to make sure your bread doesn't ferment.
This is how he teaches to dehydrate breads now, I don't know if it was explained this way in the book you purchased, his older versions, don't explain this.
Just thought you might like to know.
