i apologize for posting. i am on day 24 of the 30 day challenge and so far i lost 10 pounds which i know is rubbish compared to everyone else. but i also lost alot of my stomach fat and i look much more toned. anyway, i have decided to carry on. i have slipped up a couple of times but i decided i would just forget it and carry on. i feel down today, but nevermind. i suppose i am posting this to say i want to carry on with raw lifestyle and i want to lose lots of weight. i am currently 132 but want to be 106 or less. i want to be thin. i need to exercise more.
anyway will finish before i depress everyone.
sorry

Good Morniang Sal :)

24 days !!!!!!!!! that's OUTSTANDING.........forget those 2 slips days those are considered valuable in your integrity, strength and passion to carry on :) :)

But why do you feel down? Were you thinking about the weight issue or the slips? Sometimes sudden depression hits when our bodies our making the deeper crunch in detoxifying. What would happen if you continued this as a lifestyle???? Better health.....weightloss.........OMG, no way!!!!!!!! :D :p ;)
just messin with ya.

Seriously, are you also givng yourself treats like massage, soaking in hot bath, walks for you time etc?

Sal,
Congratulations on 24 days! It is a great thing!
You mentioned that sometimes you just feel down at times, and I had a suggestion that might help that a bit. Omega 3's have a stabilizing effect on mood, and some people tend to be low in them. Flax, Hemp and Borage oil are rich sources. My son, who was an otherwise healthy eater, was tested (Red blood cell fatty acid levels, as these are the only ones that reach the brain) and found to be very low. Many Dr.s are now suggesting heavy supplementation with omega 3 oils to bring them back up to higher levels.
It worked well for him and for some other families I know. Hope this helps, it can help not only depression, but your skin willl positively glow!!!
:)
