"As Live As You Want To Be"?

I got a new 30% off coupon for Borders (big bookstore in the US), so I started browsing online to see what was available for raw food cookbooks that I don't have/am interested in. I ran across one called "As Live As You Want To Be" by Tara Mixon. Unfortunately, Amazon doesn't have any reviews on it and I can't find mention of it on here using the banana. I did find a website where you can d/l an ebook of it for $5.07 though, so I'm wondering if it would be worth buying.... has anybody read this or anything else by this author?

Wow, I thought I'd heard of about every raw food book out there but I haven't heard of this one or the author. I did notice that Mathew Kenney has a new book out....I'm excited to see it. He and Sarma's last book was beautiful.

The publisher, lulu.com, is a kind of vanity press/self-publication service.

There is a preview on the site but it only shows the first few pages, table of contents, intro ... that sort of thing. It's a thin tome at 70 pages.
