Have any of you noticed that when it is about time to start your cycle, say several days before, your nibbles are really tender?
This has just started for me the past several months, and I have been raw for 17 months (99%).
My periods are very easy. Hardly know it is happening.
Just courious.

I'm about to start in a few days, and yes, I've been noticing that! It's so weird...I don't think it's ever happened before

Smellydelly,
I have not had my cycle for a number of months but I will get the symptoms of a cycle starting like the nipples becoming senstive and firmer.
Since my fast and raw eating, I am getting less and less of these symptoms I associate to PMS,
:)

I am the around the same as miss linda. I havent had my period in 2 months, and then over the summer I missed a lot too. I think it's due to my exercise regimen, and iron levels. I used to be anemic, but I have somewhat leveled out now. But I still experience the whole pms thing around that time. I get really over emotional, and I still experience back aches. But it's not nearly where it was when I ate cooked food.

I have not noticed a change in cycle cooked vs raw. I have always had a fairly easy cycle, but I always get the soreness you mention, about a week before.

I used to get really emotional, heavy cramping, etc etc.. After changing my diet the only 'symptom' I have now is that the day before it comes I completely lose my appetite and it lasts 2-3 days. Other than that I would never know it existed anymore.

my nibbles AND my bits! (just kiddin'). I used to have that problem on cooked, on raw, I dont' even know it's coming, it just "shows up". What a relief. I never had any PMS symptoms until the last couple of years (I'm 41). I was really lucky-I know some women have a holy hell of a time with it. But the last couple of years I was getting symptoms-cramps (always the second day), tons of bloating and weight gain the week before, mood swings and chocolate cravings, and lots of breast tenderness. When I was vegan they went away mostly, on raw they are TOTALLY gone. So wonderful....
