Has anyone come up with a sure fire way for the pie crusts not to stick yet?

I make these beautiful pies, but then when I serve them, the pieces break all apart because the crust sticks to the plate.

My crusts are naturally sticky ... use dates, coconut oil to hold together usually. If it breaks apart you may be able to "glue back" together with some more coconut oil.

I also line my pan with saran wrap, which helps a lot.

just grease your pie plate with coconut oil, then warm slightly from the base before removing your slices. You can chill the crust (or even dehydrate it if you want) for a little while before you add the filling if you think you need an extra step.

I'll try greasing the plate and see if it works.

Lots of recipes use 1/4 of shredded dried coconut in the pie plate to help make the pie easy to slide out. It works!
