So i was drinking my water and started to read the label and read that it included calcium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, and magnesium sulfate. Is that a bad thing and is there certain water I should be drinking?
besides that two more questions am I allowed to use any spices I want and is flax seeds the same as useing flax powder. One more too am I allowed to post these questions I feel like I'm asking alot I should already know. I dont have Alissa's book b/c I can't find it. But I'm most definently on the hunt! I can't order it off the site so I'm trying different book stores.

Flax powder and flax seed could be the same thing. Check the label. Flax seed is the whole seed and flax powder should be the seed ground up. No additives, nothing taken away. Usually if they take something away they have to fortify it, add vitamins and such.

Fronteir spices claim to be raw. They are supposed to be dehydrated at low temperatures.

Scary about the water. I dont know the answer about that one though.

If you can't get Alissa's book off her site, try Amazon. The purest water you can get is distilled. There are also various filtering systems you can attach to your water supply for pure water. The PUR filter attaches right to your facet, and their highest quality filter gives great tasting water.

Sounds like water with added electrolyte.

Alissa's book discusses the importance of soaking nuts, seeds and dried fruit to remove the enzyme inhibitors.

Preferrably soaking the flax seeds and as far as the powder form, I doubt they soak them. Are you sing Barleans flax.? If you buy the seeds, there is a golden and brown kind of flax. Golden tends to be less harsh on the stomach.

If in doubt, feel free to ask. Never feel like you are asking a "dumb" question. We are here to help one another. :)

Were you drinking dasani water? I felt the same way when I looked at the label!

I drink a more local brand of bottled water and it doesn't list ingredients or have nutritional facts on it anywhere. I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing.

Hi,

Just make sure that the golden flax isn't Solin. I stick to the brown since reading this: http://www.healingcancernaturally.com/linola-linseed-low-linolenic.html

As for the water, I have some that says - in really tiny print: "Pottasium chloride and magnesium sulphate added for flavor." I'm going to stay away from it. Thanks for making me look at my water bottles.

Craig :)

 a few years ago, i read a water report from a third party and said Dasani was number one of the most "impure" bottled waters. they traced for arsenics etc.

Florida, thanks for the tips of the golden didn't know that one.
