For those of you who have not tried Bragg's aminos or Apple Cider Vinegar, they are sending out free samples at their website. There is also a good amount of information on their products.

Both the amino acids, and the AC vinegar are great!

I like the Braggs amino, but noticed that others say don't use it. I also noticed that when I use it, my cat is very interested in what I am eating. She does not eat "people"food at all. Makes me wonder if it really is vegan or not???I know worchester sauce has anchovies, and this has a somewhat similar taste to me. Any one know for sure what the ingredients are? :)

The ingredients are soybeans. Now, what they do with them is seemingly still the question.

I love Braggs, but way too much, so I KNOW it's not right for me.

I can dash some on a plate of veggies, and I'm eating them right off the plate, standing in the kitchen, and I can't stop, I'm tossing Braggs onto the walls and licking it off, I'm telling you this stuff makes me crazy.

So, I simply can not eat it, or I'll eat everything that is not nailed down, as long as there is Braggs on it.

So, I went to Celtic sea salt, and eventually just don't use any salt.

I just use fresh herbs and spices now, no salt. but to each their own.

It may not affect you the way it affects me, and if you can get a free sample what a wonderful way to try it.
