I hate it! yikes, i wish i hadn't bought it. maybe i'm just really upset because
i just tried the first program they recommend - the supercharged scultping and it was too fast, not enough reps, too much moving around, changing the steps' positioning.
i should watch the other 2, maybe i'll like them better. right now i'm just glaring at it! i like slim in 6 better - i have found new appreciation for it, because, by comparison it's very straightforward.

Hi there~

I just bought this system and started using it. I have used Pam and Allie's workouts. THe other one, Stephanie's, is mostly cardio, supposedly. I like the workouts-I like the new way of using that slanting step. Plus this workout gives a great glut workout. Maybe if you try it a few more times it might grow on you.

Another weight training/aerobics workout I bought on dvd is Kathy Smith's "lift weights to lose weight 2". I REALLY like that one. I like Kathy Smith anyway, and I like her bonus stability ball workout-really pretty cinematography and great music.

I am basically going to alternate these dvd's and when I get to my goal weight and strength level, I'll probably try a cathe freidrich workout, which I bought but can not for the life of me follow her step choreography-WAY to complicated for me still.
