beet chips?

Hello, I read frequently, but rarely write. I truly enjoy this board and everyone is inspiring to me.

My question is: has anyone made beet chips? Did you slice them super thin? What about drying times? Seasonings or recipes you followed that you can share?

my ds#1 LOOVED them, I thought the tated like concentrated dirt! I sliced them in the food process and put them in the dehydrator for 12 hours...I think...did ya trythe kale chips recipe that's around here somewhere-now that's YUMMY!

I have not tried the kale chips recipe, it sounds good though... I happened to have some beets and I thought beet chips would be good.

my beet chips turned out really sweet and had a sharp taste. they make great ravioli though
