I have both his newest set of CDs, "Perfect Health," and I bought the DVDs when they first came out. While there is some overlapping, I'm glad I have both. A lot depends on how you prefer to learn--if you are more visual, I'd go with the DVDs to begin with. Another nice thing about the DVDs is that his wife, Rozi Gruben, is involved in a lot of the teaching, and covers a variety of aspects that aren't really dealt with on the CDs. On the other hand, the CDs go more in depth in areas of fitness and neurotraining.
