It had too much lemon for me and not quite enough vanilla. I'm going to make it again and change some things around. But it was really good. My non-raw mother loved it, though she's into organic and raw stuff even though she still eats mainly cooked. My dad liked it and he's not one for trying new things, especially raw stuff.
