Smelly Delly :( so sad you are not feeling well. I'm happy that you are here though. :)
how much did you consume? is it raw organic kind? so you are saying you are 100% two days? what were you consuming days prior to being raw?
could it be some form of naturally occuring MSG? (I get those same exact syptoms from MSG)

Thanks for the reply, MissLinda :)
I made nori rolls last night, and I dipped them in the nama shoyu. I only ate half the roll, so it wasn't a lot of nama shoyu. The bottle says 100% organic and unpasteurized. (ugh, when I picked up the bottle to check I got a wave of nausea :( so, I'm pretty sure it's the nama shoyu) This past week I was munching mostly on burritos. I had some soy-meat products, last monday I had veggie ham with steamed veggies in a white sauce, and last tuesday I had veggie chili dogs. I had a bit of sushi, also last week. I also ate a bunch of these sundried tomato-pesto veggie chips. And I had a few veggie sandwiches from Subway. Wow, that's a lot of 'veggie' stuff :D :p

I finally figured out that I get headaches from Shoya...possibly the naturally forming msg...
Hope you feel better.

Possibly, I got sick like this from Bragg's. I didn't know nama shoyu has MSG? Does regular soy sauce? Because I ate pretty much nothing but sushi with soy sauce for a few weeks :o

WOW, my bad, does nama shoyu have natural occuring MSG?
subway too and other processed foods? any label that says "spices" or texturized isolate protein" is or has MSG. gosh, there are at elast 20 different names it goes by.
Have you been drinking any water or anything to purify your poor body?

I've been drinking water. I really want to go to the store later and get some greens for a green smoothie. But I think my stomach can only handle water atm

Can you handle a little ginger? Nice hot bath wand a mssage to stimulate your body to purge it out would offer some relief. :(
btw, soy producs are known to damage the digestive system and interfere with hormonal issues..i'll find the thread and brb

I probably could handle some ginger. I think some water with lemon would help too
Yeah, soy is bad news, I just had a few days where I saw soy products that mocked my favorite chinese dishes(except the chili dog..) and went for it. I immediately gained weight. I didn't think soy sauce was so bad though...

SmellyDelly, maybe it was something else? You've had some stuff that you regret in the days before...
As well, it could even be something in your vegetables or fruit. People handle our food, even if it's organic; it could be dirty and carry just as much bacteria or who-knows-what to make you sick. Just think how many people touch produce. A lot of people pick up food to look at it or while they're digging for a better one...kids touch stuff all the time in stores. I cringe sometimes, lol
I'm not saying you didn't clean your food, just saying that maybe something got on your food or maybe was left on it.
some people don't think they should clean their produce, in hopes of possibly picking up a trace of B-12 -- I strongly disagree and think it's important to clean our food. I have no idea who has been touching my food, but I know it's passed several hands.
Hope you feel better! I think a green smoothie will help clean you out if you did pick up a bug or something.
Best, :)

I had a really similar experience when I drank some tainted wheat grass as well as once after eating tainted lychees. (Man just the thought of those lychees makes me want to hurl!)
The wheat grass had been stored covered in a fridge and since it is notorious for growing mold I am sure that the sudden need to purge and the subsequent feelings of ick were a reaction to mold in my body. I felt pretty lousy for about a day, drank lots of water and fasted until I felt like eating again about 24 hours later.
Perhaps that bottle of Nama Shoyu had gone over to the dark side. If you have mold sensitivities, or candida that might have been the problem. Many people suggest avoiding soy sauces, as well as mushrooms and vinegars if you are trying to heal candida.

Thanks for the replies, everyone :)
I'm feeling a lot better now. I'm pretty sure it was the soy sauce, so I'm gonna stay away from it. :D

MSG always makes me super sleepy, for at least an hour, so I KNOW it's not something I should be eating.
also, I LOVE BRAGG'S too much in fact, if something has BRAGGS on it, I can't eat enough of it, so I have to stay away from that too.
I'm assuming that it is the MSG, but it could just be the soy, either way, it's best for me, to stay away from both of them.
you can use Celtic Sea salt insted of braggs, and if you add a tiny bit of portobello mushrooms, to it and smoosh it up, it makes a wonderful sauce, add a touch of water, or sundried tomtoe soak water, and it's excellent to dip rolls into.
Hope you are feeling much better, rest, rest, rest.
