quick tortilla question

it calls for frozen corn. Do you blend it and dehydrate it frozen? or do you need to thaw it first? I blended it frozen-but it's like very thick corn ice cream. Should I let it thaw before putting it in the deydrator? Does it matter at all?

I just did a search on these this morning. The corn should be slighlty frozen with a little frost still on them ( from what I determined from reading old posts)

hope this helps, i'm still looking for an answer on how much corn one average size cob yields ??

according to nikki & david goldbeck (in my first ever veg cookbook from way back): 1 7 inch ear of corn -- 1/2 cup kernels
1 8 inch ear -- 3/4 cup

they came out TERRIBLE!!! I'm dehydrating them into chips right now. I don't know what I did wrong? :confused:
