Thanks! and you're welcome :D ;)
To be honest, there was so much avocado I couldn't taste the nori!
Wow! $5 for one sheet?! I think the nori I bought was under $5 for about 10 sheets. Is there a Whole Foods around you?

Or Publix also sells them.
I like adding matchstick carrots and my oriental sauce! (food process nuts, a little bit of red pepper and nama shoyu....however you spell it!)

Is the nori you are getting really raw? My Whole Foods Market only sells toasted nori.

Thank you for sharing such a wonderful delicious looking sushi rolls!! I find avocadoes go very well with sushi rolls. Also slice up some button mushrooms, or even enoki which is easier because of the length. I also love to sprinkle some flax seeds to which I would also add lamb's quarters and sliced olives on top of cucumbers!! best ~ a

Yeah, it says on the package it is dried at low temperature to preserve the nutrients :D

If the sheets are black, they're raw. If they're green, they're toasted.

I'm glad you like it :) I'm not a big fan of mushrooms, but maybe someday, when I've been raw longer, I'll like them :)
