How many servings? What is the normal serving size? There are some days I can consume the whole bag.

and...will the amount I eat affect weightloss?

:) Wow, remember with any dehydrated item, drink LOTS OF WATER!

Everyone is different. And different foods effect people differently. I think it's really just trail and error! Just remember the water and your greens and you will do well! :p

It depends what it is made of. What brand is it and are they raw ?

I make my own so I know what I can eat of it. I fitday the recipe to see. I made the a flax buckwheat pizza crust the other day and found it was four servings of fat for me.

If I make a veggie cracker then I do not even worry about the serving size. If it is purchased and you want to lose weight and it has nuts and dates in it then I would limit to 2 credit card size crackers as a serving.
