Alissa Phone Consultation

Has anyone had Alissa's phone consultation? Did it help in the way you needed it to help? I am thinking of doing this but would like some feedback first. I was doing well going raw and feeling much better. Then my husband died suddenly for no reason. I have been eating so badly for months now. I need something to kick start me back into eating well.

My heart truley goes out to you. I have not had the phone consult but I bet it would do wonders for your spirit! She is so positive and uplifting it might be just what you need to get back on tract. :o

JoJo ... so sorry to hear of your loss!!

I have not consluted with Alissa, so am not any help there, sorry. But, considering how useful and helpful this Board is that Alissa created, and the wonderful things I've read about her classes, I can't help but think that chatting with her would be helpful! If you are feeling that is something you'd like to do ... then go with your instinct and do it.

I wanted to add, if you are not ready for the phone consult do you have her DVD? It's a great three hours of Alissa right in your living room.

I often just pop it in just to listen to her talking - my 5 yr old even once said she liked Alissa better than Sleeping Beauty!
