Question On Alissa's Felafel

Hi everyone,
It doesn't say to in the recipe, but I wonder if that's a given for her recipes - that you always soak the nuts? :rolleyes:

Hi Sharon, no you don’t have to soak the nuts. i never do with those. Many of the recipes don’t say soak even though nuts in general are healthier that way, but some of the recipes just don’t come out as well if you do
