why can't I edit my title???

This has happened 2x-I've made a mistake in my title, only to notice it later. When I edit it, it "goes" thru and looks okay, but when I check back later it isn't corrected.

After making your additional corrections do you select the save changes bar?
Then select the preview post bar to double check it before posting - These options work for me :rolleyes:

nope. I thought I did that, so I tried it again and was very careful to select post, not preview....hmmmmmm...... :confused:

I'm not sure why you cannot change the main title/subject heading of a thread...but I just know that it's not set up for you to be able to. What you ARE changing when you edit the title is actually the sub-title that shows up in bold letters immediately above your post.
